Where to start

If an activity fails to load, please include its name and the browser used when you contact us. Do not include any personal or medical information about children.

For questions about availability, visit our FAQ. For prototype readiness, read testing and release status. For suggestions or website issues, use our feedback form.

If something on the website is not working

Refresh the page and check your internet connection.
Try another browser, if available.
Check the accessibility display options and use Reset if needed.
Describe which page and action caused the problem, without sending passwords, children’s information or private records.

OS installation support

The public installer is not yet available, so official installation support is not being offered yet. Setup and recovery documentation will be published before a supported release.
